Mrs. B. Indrani

Academic Head, Aravinda Group of Schools
Visionary Educator, Nurturing Future Generations

With over two decades of experience in the field of education, Mrs. B. Indrani has been a cornerstone of the Aravinda Group of Schools, shaping the futures of countless children in Vijayawada and beyond. Along with the unwavering support of her brother, the late Mr. Ch. Chandra Sekhar Reddy, she has been instrumental in transforming Aravinda into a beacon of academic excellence and holistic development.

🌱 A Dream That Took Root

More than 20 years ago, a simple yet profound vision was born—to bring quality education to the children in the rural areas surrounding Tadepalli. The idea of opening a school on land once used for farming was inspired by her father, Shri Chaganti Venkat Reddy. This vision grew into Aravinda Schools, an institution that has since educated thousands of children, with its alumni now excelling in professions around the world.

🔥 Carrying the Flame Forward

Throughout the school’s evolution, Mrs. Indrani worked closely with her brother, who was tirelessly dedicated to creating an environment where academic rigor and creativity coexisted harmoniously. Together, they invited renowned educators, thinkers, and leaders to inspire their students, making learning a truly transformative experience.

Even after the untimely passing of Mr. Ch. Chandra Sekhar Reddy, lovingly called “Raja Sir”, Mrs. Indrani, along with the core team, has continued to honor his legacy and uphold the values of service, integrity, and innovation that he instilled in the institution.

🌍 A Future-Ready Vision

Today, Aravinda Schools are not only recognized for their academic excellence but also for the holistic development they offer. Under Mrs. Indrani's leadership, the school continues to prioritize character development, emotional intelligence, creativity, and joyful learning.

Leveraging her vast experience, which includes extensive visits to some of India's top schools and collaboration with leading educationists, Mrs. Indrani is now focused on the next phase of Aravinda’s growth. Her vision includes:

  • Curriculum reconstruction to foster deeper, inquiry-based learning

  • Continuous teacher training to align with global standards

  • Process-oriented education that empowers students to learn meaningfully and independently

“We are committed to offering every child a learning experience that is joyful, stress-free, and deeply human. Education is not just about grades—it’s about meaning and personal growth.”
